This is a piece that I am quite proud of. I made this watch solely in Illustrator, using typical tools such as the line tool, gradient tool, shape builder tool, the pen tool, and the rotator tool. This project took me a total of 10 hours to complete, although feeling more competent in my skills now, I think I could create something like this even faster.
These stickers are also vector art created in illustrator. Around Christmastime I was experimenting with making stickers in Illustrator. Since it was around Christmastime, I decided to go with a Christmas theme. I think they turned out cute. Great for gifts!
Aside, the watch this was probably one of my favorite projects I've done in illustrator. It was so much fun and really got the creative juices flowing. Everything about this poster is made up, so I was able to be creative on a couple of different levels. I really like the message and mood it conveys. I think I got it just right.
I wanted to experiment with infographics, and I decided to choose a subject that might be hard for others to understand. So I chose to do one on the Priesthood. Infographics are so great for taking complex ideas and conveying them in ways that are easier for people to understand.
I decided to do a package redesign just for fun, for the cleaning product, Comet. You know, that green powdery stuff that comes in the annoyingly bright green, yellow, and red package? I think there's even a song about it...Anywho, I decided that Comet really needed a face lift. It's design needed to be cleaned up, and I thought it would be perfect to go with a space theme.
